Recorded shortly after Mitch took on the longest climb of Mount Everest in history that started in Dover and took 8 months and 240 days. This was a 13,000km triathlon, taking in 19 countries and ending on top of the world. It’s a journey that ended in a book that addresses how to survive the trials of everyday life!
