Managing Team

Creative Director & Owner

Phill has been in the creative industry for over 25 years, having set up and managed several award-winning creative agencies and a TV production house over the years. Today, as Founder and Creative Director of Kemosabe, Phill oversees all creative output and strategic direction.

Phill has been Creative Director on brands that include ANA, BT, American Express, Cisco, Nokia, Halifax, Southern Comfort, Hyundai, Royal Mail, The History Channel, The Biography Channel, Rolls-Royce and Gourmet Burger Kitchen. He has also worked for the international groups Ogilvy & Mather and Bates.

Following his work for Save The Children, Phill was appointed to an advisory board for the charity. He also has one campaign for The History Channel on permanent exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum.

Client Services Director & Owner

Rebecca is Co-Founder, Managing Partner and Client Services Director at Kemosabe. She has been instrumental in the exponential growth that we’ve experienced since beginning in 2016.

Rebecca has also been developing the agency’s credentials in the social impact space, with Kemosabe now working with U.S. based Thankful Organization and Social Enterprise UK – the UK’s biggest network of social enterprises in the UK, strategically aligned with 6 government departments, leading public policy on social enterprise for over 15 years.

Rebecca studied Drama Therapy and the rehabilitation of women offenders through drama, working in a women’s prison for six months.

Head of Social Media

Kate has over 20 years of strategic marketing experience working for some of the worlds largest and most admired blue chip brands including Vodafone, Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard. Kate is an accredited Social Media and Paid Social strategist and has a proven track record of planning and delivering social media campaigns that provide demonstrable ROI for clients.
